Why I Love To Read

A book is a gateway to another life.  It allows you to have experiences and adventures you wouldn't have known otherwise.  You can share the thoughts and feelings of hundreds of thousands of authors.  You can find out their fears, interests, and passions.  A reader has engaged in a deep relationship with an author when they read a book.  The essence of the author's opinions and emotions are contained within each book they write.  You get to know an author as well as a good friend, especially if you follow their work extensively.  A well-written book can change the world and who you are.
